Five Leagues - Grave Tidings

Archibald Rump - Former Soldier -  Largely tired of life and pushing towards the end of his potential adventuring days, Archibald is a dour, low energy soul.  He is willing to tag along with Sumat in hopes of a meal, and potentially the ability to retire some day in a manner that does not involve life on the street.

Par Shenken - Zealot -  Out for one thing only, and that's cold hard cash!  Par overheard Sumat discussing with the rest of the group about the potential to find a treasure horde in a local forest.  Ever since childhood he has been fascinated by glittering gold, and wants a horde of his own.  He would, and possibly has, sold his mother in an attempt to get rich.  Sumat knows he can trust Par to stay engaged as long as the money is flowing, but come hard times, expects him to slip away.

Pul Treadfist - Frontier -  Pul is someone who Sumat met when out carousing in Sigund's Reach, a local town.  Tall and athletic, Pul stood up for Sumat during an altercation and they have been close friends ever since. Pul is quick, and a decent fighter who is familiar with living in the wilderness with nothing put your wits and a sharpened stick. 

Drentkin Ingblit - Mystic -  No one knows what casued Drentkin to leave the confines of Elvish society, although rumours suggest a fit of anger resulting in the death of an outsider.  Drent is quiet and tends to lean towards social invisibility.  In battle this shield of invisibility is cast aside, and she becomes a raging monster.  She met Sumat at a tavern in Fort Menaris while looking for work.

Sumat Heikmar - Noble -  Son of the Lord Telmak Heikmar, the fifth son to be specific.  With little chance of an inheritance , Sumat decided he needed to forge out on his own.  Well trained and educated, with a small gift from his family he set out with the goal to make his fortune. While his motives for starting out were perhaps not the most noble, he soon realized the dangers he would face from the ever increasing hordes of the living dead that are destroying his homeland.  His ears have been increasingly hearing the name of one Corin of Thenderbeak, who some believe is the Necromancer leading the undead scourge.
